FIRE WARDEN TRAINING

At the end of this 3 hour Fire Warden Training Course students will have an understanding of fire safety in relation to their role within the Company. At the end of the course, the fire warden candidate will be trained in examples of fire scenario (including DVD’s of the Bradford Fire), fire extinguisher training, and the fire wardens role. The fire warden training course includes an outside demonstration on the use of fire extinguishers at the end of the classroom session. Fire extinguisher training is an important aspect of meeting obligations for staff to undergo regular training in the use of workplace safety equipment.

This fire warden training course aims to give theoretical training on:

  • How to select and correctly use fire extinguishers and other fire fighting equipment
  • How to identify and operate a fire protection extinguisher
  • How to to understand and recognise fire safety risks
  • Knowing how to respond in an emergency

Our fire safety training is carefully designed to ensure compliance with regulations and provides the skills and knowledge needed to keep the environment safe. Fire warden training provides attendees with an understanding of fire safety in relation to their role within the Company. Fire procedures training with ORT includes an expert assessment and review by a highly experienced fire safety trainer. Our fire safety training, fire warden courses and fire drill procedure training are also designed to meet obligations that all staff receive regular training in the use of workplace safety equipment.
